If it is simliar to the Belgian boudin, itīs just lots of
bredcrumbs and parsley in it and, of course, blood (but not as much
as you think possibly). In ancient days, sausages were prepared of parts
of the animal, that couldnīt be eaten as plain meat, so you would have found
ingredienst you might find disgusting. Nowadays many animal products in sausages
are substituted by soy products, thus sausages arenīt as bad (fo health) as people
think.
